Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Swalõ Ceramics and supporting us. Please note that Swalõ Ceramics does not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. Returns are only accepted if the incorrect items have been shipped. If there were any errors made by us with your order, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to provide a replacement and then a refund where an exchange isn't possible.

Damaged Parcel

We put a lot of care into packing your ceramics so they arrive to you safely. On the rare occasion your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and goods including the shipping label so we can notify our shippers, claim insurance and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

The Beauty of Handmade Small Batches 

At Swalõ Ceramics no two items are made ever the same. Each item is handmade and differs ever so slightly from the images and measurements online. Due to the handmade process, some variation in shape, glaze hue and size may occur from order to order. Every vessel is unique, featuring different curves and characteristics from the making and firing process. These irregularities in the finish are part of the character of the pieces and are to be embraced as part of the aesthetic of handmade.
