Please select your course dates carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend after booking.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another class of equal value (if available). The first transfer is free; any additional transfers will incur a $10 administration fee.

An enrolled student cannot have another individual attend a class in their absence.

To be considered, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before your class.

Requests made within 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but you may be placed on a waitlist for a future spot.

Once a course or workshop has commenced, no refunds, transfers, or make-up classes are available.

No pro-rata payments are available for term courses or for unattended classes.

A full refund will only be given if a course is cancelled by Swalo Ceramics. If Swalo Ceramics cancels a class due to low numbers (minimum 5–6 required), you will receive a full refund.

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, along with closed-toe shoes.Bring your own towel and apron. All tools and materials are provided.

Avoid wearing jewellery (especially rings, bracelets, and watches), and keep your nails short.

Please inform us of any relevant health conditions before attending. Participation is at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own health and belongings.

You will be notified by email when your work is ready for collection. Please collect your work within two weeks, as uncollected items may be donated to charity or disposed of due to limited storage space.

Most workshops are open to all skill levels unless stated otherwise.

While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that all pieces will survive the firing process.
