The delicate, decorative, curling rim juxtaposes this vase's dramatic tall, irregular shape. The Nerikomi design that runs the length of the vase brings dynamic movement and texture to the otherwise simplistic shape.
A painting in clay
Composition: Cream stoneware with a Nerikomi design made from a mixture of clays, textures and stayed clays. Unglazed on the outside and glazed on the inside with a matt greyish-white glaze. The unglazed areas have been treated with a liquid Quartz to ensure it is stain-proof.

Maintenance: Wash with warm soapy water and air dry.
